His decades long passion for hunting and fishing has enriched his insights into wildlife, forestry, and farmland management. This extensive experience forms the cornerstone for Sam's role, guiding clients towards their desired properties and offering valuable advice on property management as well as being an expert in land amongst his peers in the land brokerage business.

Sam's dedication and contributions to the industry have been acknowledged through notable achievements. He was honored as the 2003 Georgia Land REALTOR® of the Year by his local Board of REALTORS®, a recognition of his exceptional commitment. Serving as the Past-President of the GA Chapter and currently holding the Treasurer position since 2021, Sam's involvement showcases his dedication to the profession. Additionally, his membership in the APEX Producers Club underscores his commitment to excellence.

Understanding the importance of collaboration, Sam actively contributes at a national level, participating in RLI’s Budget and Finance, Governmental Affairs committees, and contributing to the National Land Conference Task Force. These involvements demonstrate his commitment to advancing the land industry on a broader scale.

Embracing technology, including his certification as a Drone Pilot, Sam seamlessly blends modern tools with traditional expertise while keeping a steadfast focus on the importance of nurturing relationships. His adept use of drones isn't just about technical capabilities; it's about enriching client experiences and offering a deeper understanding of their properties.
