Directions: From Senoia take Hwy 16 west.  Turn left on Rock House Rd.  Turn left or right on Elders Mill Rd.  1739 gated entrance is left.  1505 gated entrance is right.  Please do not go down driveway to try and preview the property.  Must have appointment to view property.  DO NOT ATTEMPT to enter Gates.

Showing Instructions: For all Agents: Use showing time to schedule appointments.  All showing instructions will be provided in showing time. Please read carefully!    There are 2 gated entrances to the property.  The 1739 Elders Mill electric gated entrance will need a gate code and be in showing time.  I suggest using this entrance to take clients into.  You might want to show the property in something other than a CAR!  The driveway will go by the waterfall, pond, guest home/workshop & other buildings.  Keep going down the driveway and turn right at the lily pad pond to go up to the house.  Turn left to go over the wood bridge to see the duck pond, woods and food plot areas.  The 1505 Elders Mill gated entrance is not an electric gate but is set up for underground power to install one.  This gate will be painted black to match by end of Oct.  The sellers own the entire driveway for 1505 and have road frontage for it as it is a separate 5 acre parcel included in the total acreage.  There is an easement for the neighbor's driveway that splits off at the end.   There is a Supra lockbox at the main home and the guest home/workshop.  The Blackwater Barn Building has a stick keeping the swing doors closed.  Put the stick back in when done showing.  The glass door on the left sticks a little so you may have to carefully give it a hard push.  The right side door is locked at the top.  There is power to this building.  If you go to the swing door to get behind the bar there is a power supply you can turn on there.  Then come back out the swing door and go straight across to the other room and you will see a plug and extension chord on the right to plug in the decorative lights.  UNPLUG AND TURN OFF THESE LIGHTS WHEN DONE!   PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TURN ALL LIGHTS OFF AND LOCK ALL DOORS!  On the main home the concrete porch that overlooks the driveway is being touched up in areas (redone, sanded and painted grey end of October as seller was not satisfied w/ the end result).
