USE SHOWING TIME FOR APPOINTMENT REQUESTS & to receive contractor's lockbox code. I must make appt w/ the onsite office 24 hours ahead of time for all showings so they know who is coming in. Current office hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday open 10-5. Wednesday & Saturday open 11-4. Closed Sundays. YOU MUST register w/ PMCC Office when entering community. The Community Association Exhibit is for the services fees currently at $535 a month. See the Community Association Exhibit in Docs for details.
