With more than two decades of experience in real estate, FD Bell has built her career around a genuine passion for land, a commitment to her clients, and a belief that every property has a story worth understanding.
Her real estate journey began in the late 1990s, working with commercial and land transactions for St. Joe Company - Arvida Commercial in Central Florida, which later became part of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. Over the years, FD has helped co-found successful real estate brokerages across the Midwest and Southeast, building lasting relationships and earning the trust of landowners, families, developers, and investors along the way.
Today, FD serves as an Associate Broker with Bowers & Burns Real Estate Co. in Georgia and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida. Her work focuses on land brokerage and consulting, helping clients navigate the sale and acquisition of commercial, development, transitional, recreational, timber, farm, and agricultural properties.
Whether assisting a family with inherited land, helping a longtime landowner explore selling options, or working with a developer seeking the right property for a new project, FD enjoys bringing people, properties, and opportunities together. She believes that thoughtful planning, sound market knowledge, and straightforward communication make all the difference in a successful real estate transaction.
