Showing Instructions:
USE SHOWING TIME FOR APPOINTMENT REQUESTS. I must make appt w/ the onsite office 24 hours ahead of time for all showings. Showings must be scheduled for 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. YOU MUST register w/ PMCC Office when entering community if the office is open. It is open 9:00am until 5:00pm 7 days a week. This chalet is not in the rental program currently. See the Community Association Exhibit in Docs for details. Owner/Management of Pine Mtn Club Chalets has first right of refusal for purchase. The rental program is strongly encouraged and discussed w/ the future buyer/owner to put it in the rental program and the ultimate decision is made by PMCC owner. *Please put special stipulation in contract: 1.
