This tract is located in eastern Heard County with paved road frontage on Joe Stephens Road. The majority of this property is planted in 6 year old loblolly pines. Hilly Mill Creek that flows crosses the southern portion. A power line on the property makes a great area for food plots. More acreage could be added to this tract.
