Williamson is a city in Pike County, Georgia, United States. The population was 352 at the 2010 census. Williamson was incorporated in 1970. The town was named for Isaac Henry Williamson. Williamson is located at 33°10′47″N 84°21′47″W (33.179743, -84.362976). According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.6 square miles (1.6 km2), all of it land. As of the census of 2000, there were 297 people, 115 households, and 86 families residing in the town. The population density was 495.6 people per square mile (191.1/km²). There were 122 housing units at an average density of 203.6 per square mile (78.5/km²).
